Input field with F4-Help with descriptional text aside

Is there an __easy__ way of implementing an input field with F4-help for which a descriptional text (right to the input field) is provided and auto-filled?

E.g. for a language key to be entered there should appear the description of the language right to the key entered after the user presses Enter or chooses a value from the F4-help. So, after entering "EN" the description should be set automatically to "English".

Is there a solution to make this work with the WDR_SELECT_OPTIONS component?
