My Inbox 2.0 fails to load the task on a mobile device with direct URL

My Inbox fails to load the task on a mobile device when using the direct URL to that item. The source of this URL can either be the browser's URL path when viewing in a desktop browser or the "Email" option from the task itself.

Kindly note that we have extended the application as per my inbox cookbook to change the detail (s3 view) based on the scenario.

Reproducing the Issue

Open a task in My Inbox from a desktop browser

Copy the full URL to the task item from the browser's URL field

Send the URL to a mobile device and attempt to open it

My Inbox loads but the item does not, displaying a loading bar instead
