XML Forms Builder installation

Hello,

Actually we are trying to create html documents based in information stored in our portal database using the XML Forms Builder iview.

But this iview does not work due to an installation problem. I would like to know if the XML Forms Builder iview, that forms part of the Content Manager Role, has been installed like a KM content or like a support package to reinstall it correctly.

    Hi Marta,

    On which SPS level are you? Since some time (a long time meanwhile), if you choose Content Management - Forms Builder, on the portal page a link "Start Environment Check Tool..." is displayed. If the Forms Builder does not open, use that link. Anyhow, you'll need JDK 1.4(.2) on client side, for example 1.4.2_12). At least 1.5 does not work!
