Updating a TREX index synchronously

Hi,

Is it possible to synchronously update an Index after a change in a document (Portal-KM) or a record (Backend System)?

The requested change needs to be on the values at hand only and not to trigger a reindex or incremental update process.

Thanks,

Haguy

    Hi Haguy,

System Administration - Monitoring - KM - TREX Monitor - Edit Queue Parameters - "Schedule Max Docs: 1" and "Schedule Type: Count". TAKE CARE, this is not adviced for production systems!

See http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ep60sp0/helpdata/en/cb/3fa73bfa3dc87be10000000a11402f/frameset.htm and below for details.

    Hope it helps
