Cost center Standard hierarchy

How to create Cost center Standard hierarchy in SAP ECC 6.00? i have checked, the creation is different from version 4.7.

    To create, change, or display cost center groups, choose Accounting > Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Master data > Cost center groups > Create/Change/Display.

    If i goto T-code OKEO, it is asking me to create Std Hirchy and not allowing me to do any changes.

    I have got the solution for this... first we have define the Std Hiechy in Controlling area then we can goahead and create the groups in OKEO.
