ALE worked, but HCM-PM integration failed

Dear SAP Gurus,

We have distributed HCM and ECC system, i.e. our SAP HR is in one client, our other SAP ECC modules (exclude HR) is in another server.

So we need to integrate HCM and ECC, and the ALE worked. We have post personnel information with Infotype 0000/0001/0002/0003/0006/0007/0105 to ECC, and we can use search functions to see certain personnel number in ECC.

However, via T-code IE02, when we try to assign certain personnel ID to a equipment, the system keeps give error message like "

Personnel number 10000560 does not exist

Message no. IX014"

Do you know how to solve the issue?

can you display the personnel number with t-code PA20?

Try infotype 1.

Maybe something of HCM customizing is missing.

The screenshot of the error message. That the search function do hit concrete result, however, in ECC it keeps telling personnel number doesn't exist.
