One question about Material Ledger Data

Hi all

My company has a HALB Material whose material master data has been created but the BOM not assigned.As a result the cost estimation cant be executed.And further

more,during one period no production and material movement at all.However, after the period end,in the material ledger display(CKM3),it has a moving average price of ￥322.5,and this MAP is also displayed in the Material Master.

How comes of this result?

Can anybody help me?
