Can you please be more specific at what level the org changes are implemented.

The employee is normally assigned to org unit and position. The relation is O-S-P. So org changes might affect the org unit and position he is assigned to.

Similarly if the structure changes, then in O-O relation which has the heirarchy of org units also changes.

If you can be more specific in what changes you need to know takes place or not will be easier to describe.

When the Organizational structure changes, typically, some new Org Unit, Positons and Jobs are created and soem are deleted. in this case, therew ould be an effect on infotype 1000. Also, in all the cases, there is some change in the relationships between Org Unit, Positons and Jobs. In this case, infotype 1001 is changed. All other infotypes should not be affected.
