Hello Rakesh,

If the GRPT defined in the product master is zero, then I don't believe it should be mandatory, as the inbound handling resource is purely used for scheduling of the goods receipt in-house orders.

Did you check the PPDS logs, using transaction /sapapo/c3, object APO and sub-object PPDS?

Hi Tiago,

Thanks for your reply.

It is for Planned orders (tRFC queue) to RFC destination and the error text is "No handling resource in order for product" under function module name '/SAPAPO/CIF_ORDER_INBOUND'. As you mentioned is handling resource mandatory? if the GR is '0'

Kind regards,
Rakesh.

Hi Rakesh,

What kind of order is stuck, is it a PlOrd/PrdOrd or PurRqs/PchOrd? What is the exact message class and message number?

In /SAPAPO/LOC3, have you assigned an Inbound Handling Resource for the Location?

--> If you are transferring planned orders and a Goods Receipt processing time was specified for the Location-Product, please, make sure a Handling Resource was specified for the Location, that this Resource was assigned to Model 000, and that it was successfully created in the liveCache (e.g. by running /SAPAPO/REST02 for the Resource in Planning Version 000).

Regards,
Tiago
