    Hi Ramesh

Support projects can be two groups of items

    1. Production environment support where you process business request tickets and/or investigate incidents. You liaise with the end user or a super user to understand what the issue is. You would work in a ticketing systems to get your work allocated

    2. Production change requests - the system is live and the business now wants improvements. You would process the change request to perform the configuration and testing to move the change to production. This is like doing lots of mini projects

Depending on the client site you can be doing both or just one

Support projects are a fantastic opportunity and are underrated. You learn a lot more when you see how designs and solutions impact end users. It can be a very fast paced environment as well depending on the priority of the change or issues in the business. I love support projects as you learn what not to do based on other people's designs. You also empathise with the end user and can remember who you are designing future solutions for to make sure they are usable
