how to stop print job in sap?

very urgent some one tell me how to stop print job in SAP?

    Firt turn off the printer or put it to offline mode (turning off clears memory...)

    Second. go to SAP Spool and try to delete the spool entry.

    Third, most probable, you will need to contact BASIS to go to OS level and remove the spool from the OS printer spool.

    1. Go to SP01 ( output controller )

    2. In the output controller, you can Specify selection criteria for displaying spool and output requests. A list of spool or output requests that match these criteria appears.

    3. Select ur job

    4. Click on delete icon on application tool bar.
