Hi all;

As i m trying to upgrade my webdynpro IDE 2.0.9 to 7.0.9, FYI,i m using the same work-space of the older version,but when i m trying to open the existing application in the new version IDE ie(7.0.9), i m getting the error that "project class path involved in cycle" also shows error for missing some jar file...

so, can anyone suggest me what are the pre-requisite for upgrading the WebDynpro IDE..

Try "Repair -> Project structure and classpath", then do a full rebuild.

Hi,

Are you upgrading NWDS 2.0.9 to 2.0.18 like that or any thing else.

If like that,just get JDTsetup and install.

Open your NWDS with old applications those are working fine.

Any thing else do you expecting post it.

Thanks

Lohi.

Hi,

Uninstall your older version then only you go for to install new version.

Deinstall in your old workspace.

That might be the problem.

Thanks,

Lohi
