There is customer data in the legacy system. There are three possibilities. The data can be in DB2 or MVS DB or Flat file.

What are the ways to create ELM from this legacy data. Also the requirement is to update the legacy data once a business transaction is carried out in CRM.

Basically I would like to know what are the technologies, methodologies and adaptors involved in two way data transport between legacy system and CRM.

Use LSMW for the data transport between legacy system and CRM.

How about the data transport between CRM to Legacy? ICan I use the same LSMW.
