I have a requirement to assign a different deduction priority for the "Additional" withholding amount stored on IT0210. Typically withholding taxes have the highest priority over other deduction. However when an additional withholding amount is entered, there are other deduction that should have a higher priority. I am hoping that someone has already solved this issue previously and would be willing to share your findings.
