How to navigate to Smartform Technical names

Hi all...!

I found some of the technical names of samrtforms like '/SMB50/TM_SHIP_TO', '/SMB40/MMPO_FR/UK/IT/DE/ES - /SMB40/FM06P'.

My question is how to navigate to that predefined forms, i tried through 'F4' on the name of form where i couldn't find in that.

Will you please guide me.. Am using ver 5.
