Sending Fax from SAP Business ONE SP1 PL11

How can I send a fax from SAP ?

    Hi Carlo,

    There are 3 ways I know of to set up SBO to send faxes of reports:

    1) The SBO Mailer can be integrated with a product called WinFax Pro. See the installation instructions for SBO for more details. The bad news is that I had heard a rumour that WinFax Pro was no longer available for sale so this option may not be viable at the moment.

    2) The Advanced Layout Designer has fax capabilities. Please be aware that ALD will not be directly supported by SAP from version 2006.

    3) Some fax software will provide a dummy printer that can be used to send faxes.
