CRM Customer Cleansing Cases

We have a need that currently, we do not have capabilities for. We need to merge approximately 50K customers where the majority would be taking two customers and merging them into one - the CRM Cleansing Case process. However, each of these takes minutes and with the magnitude of 50K, the Customer Cleansing Process does not seem like a solution.

SAP’s Data Quality Management (DQM) framework looks like it is perhaps an option for this kind of task. Does anyone have an implementation guide for this and would it meet our needs?

Also looks like BAPI_CLEAR_CASE_CREATE_MULTI may be able to handle this kind of merge. Does anyone have the parameter and table settings on how to submit this BAPI?
