Unable to Upload portal application from NWDS

Hi All,

Iam Unable to deploy portal application from NWDS. Error like :

PAR Upload Failed: "Please make sure the server is running.HTTPS prptocol is not supported ensure this server is not using HTTPS."

Can anyone tell me the possible reasons for the problem.

Its Urgent.
