Installation help

I am doing my "Installation of SAP Web Application Server Java 7.00 and content". I have gone through the steps:
1) Choose Service
2) Define Parameters
3) Check Parameters
But when i am at the fourth step: "Executive Service", it is showing error in the Phase 4 of 32. It shows 3 errors because of which the installation stops, the errors are as follows:
