SAPGUI 6.40 crashes on dblclk in trans.CMOD after patch 21

I was successfully running SAPGUI 6.40 with patch 20 using transaction

CMOD to enter the function module exit (SE37) via double-clicking on

the FM name in the component section of CMOD.

I patched SAPGUI to level 21 and now this action causes SAPGUI to hang

and then crash on the Windows level.

I have unsuccessfully attempted the following solutions so far:

- repair SAPGUI with source through the installation setup

- uninstall SAPGUI and reinstall, testing with patch level 19, then 20,

then 21 again

- uninstall SAPGUI, delete the SAP program files folder, delete the SAP

reg keys, reinstalled SAPGUI testing patch 19, 21

- uninstall SAPGUI, then run sapsweep.exe, reinstalled SAPGUI testing

patch level 19, and 21.

This action does not crash SAPGUI on other computers. Also, I should mention that the saplogon.exe process utilizes 100% of the CPU at this time until I kill it.

How can I fix this?

Thank you
