ESS Spain Personal Data - Required Fields

When looking at personal data (ess_espdata) details in the portal for Spain, I get the following message when I click on the review button:

"Make an entry in all required fields."

I have values in every field. The "Marital Status" field is highlighted in red even though there is a value entered in the drop down. I cannot update any fields because of this error. Can anyone help?

Walter,

Are you showing the same R/3 screen in portal?

Change the screen control in table T588M from required field to standard ,since maritial status is a Q structure field.

Steps :

TRansaction SM30

Table T588M

Give module pool ->mp000200

Chnage screen control of Q0002-FATXT from RF to Std.

In R/3, this field (along with a couple of others) is hidden. The T588M table contains a value of "Hide". In the portal we want to hide the fields as well, which we can do easily in NWDS. Unfortunately we get this error before we've done any changes in NWDS. Could having the field in R/3 hidden cause this error in the portal? I will try to change the T588M value to "Std" or "OF" to see if it makes any difference.
