PI sheet in different language SAP

IN the transaction code co60 as below, is it possible to change the same in different language other than English?

Thanks for your response.

When login in different language (DE as below), the part that I highlighted are still showing in English where rest of the part is coming in different language. I am not using any custom layout. Where is the settings tha determines what are the fields will come in the PI sheet header?
