Connection reset alerts.

We are receiving many connection reset alerts for one interface everyday. Its an SFTP Channel and to avoid the alerts I have kept it under schedule for an hour(from 8pm to 9pm). In that one hour itself I am receiving almost 200 alerts, But there is no failure, we are receiving the file successfully. Here I have 2 questions, Please help me in understanding:

1. How to minimize the connection reset alerts

2. I see alerts are generated even after the schedule time. means i saw the alerts are received till 11:30 pm,but the schedule is till 9pm.

I know its very late but still answering.

    Answers to your questions are

    1. set "receiver interface" in alerts instead of sender .it will stop sending alerts while channel is pining the server,it will send alerts only when actual message failure occurred.

    2. even if you set to run 9 to 9 ,it will aggregate the alerts after that time and send you when the next schedule for job is there.
