Hi ,

I created a BP in the CRM and I face a problem there.

I can see that in the SMW01 the BDoc is always in <b>wait</b> mode and when I try to process it manually clicking on <b>'Reprocess BDoc Message'</b> ,It says <b>'1 BDoc successfully processed and 0 message failed'</b>.But still the BDoc is shown in yellow as waiting.

When I check for this in SMQ1.. I can see the BDoc in the queue.

It says an error in the FM.. CRM_UPLOAD_TRIGGER and the status is <b>'screen output without connection to user'</b>.

Can anyone help me out of this problem?

    Dear Karuna,

    The BP which you have created is not replicated or fully confirmed from the R/3.

    go and check that it surely gives you a short bump.

    I guess it is because of insert duplicate record error.

    check whether you have cleared all the fragment buffers memory before updating the FRG function modules.

      go to SM13 press F8, se whether you got any entries.

      if yes, browse through that. finally i will be able to find where the update is terminating.

      if you wrote any code in BADI implementations, if you called any function modules like CRM_BUPA_FRG0140_CALLBACK and you are doing any modification and saving back using FM CRM_BUPA_FRG0140_SAVE. if this is the situation you should call FM CRM_BUPA_FRG0140_CLEAR_BUFFER

      before calling the save function module.

      If possible send me screenshots of your problem to my mail.

    Hi karuna,

    Try to reporocess the queue bu pressing the "Unlock Queue" button. It should popup some screen which will tell you what exactly going wrong. Hope this will help.
