Migrate Favorites

We migrated to the 6.40 Portal back in June. However, the majority of our clients are not yet using it (for reasons of project timing), and continue to use the 6.20 portal.

So, we have a situation where we need to figure out a way to migrate portal “favorites” (I believe these are stored within KM) from our 6.20 portal to the 6.40 portal. Because, since June, people have added, modified, removed favorites in the 6.20 portal, which are not reflected in the 6.40 portal.

How would I migrate the user's favorites?
