actuals not posted in table RPSCO

hello all,

i have developed a Zreport to get Budget and Actual for a given WBS,

for this i have passed OBJNR of WBS to table RPSCO ,

added WLP01 to WLP16 where wrttp = '04'.

but my values not matched with standard report

S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assg

for the same WBS there were no values for WLP01 to WLP16 in table

RPSCO for WRTTP = 4,

please can any one suggest is taking data from RPSCO table is correct or ,

from which table does the standard report

S_ALR_87013558 getting data.

Hi, There are additional tables like BPJA & BPGE are involved in getting this report. Please check in se11 or se16 with the table RPSCO and pass objnr only and do some analysis on how the values are updated.

Hi, May be, you may have to check all the records in RPSCO for this wbs (i.e LEDNR - Ledger No.), so you may get some clue. In the picture only LEDNR 0001 is shown.

CO experts like Ken / Paulo may throw some light.

melching What exactly I am doing in the moment is understanding where S_ALR_87013558 is getting data from so that I can develop a custom report that to a larger extend mimics S_ALR_87013558. The problem I am facing is on the actuals. When I check in the RPSCO table some data I can see in the report is missing in the table itself in SE16/SE11. So I was just wondering whether there is another table that SAP stores the actuals apart from the RPSCO.
