I'm want to send user and password automatic when i execute the soap cliente (sender soap) from other application.
this is possible?.

in a way that it will always send it

Hello,
As indicated by Michal, the call initiater is responsible for setting the basic credentials for consuming XI webservice. In your case you are using XML Spy for doing this.
To the best of my knowledge there is no way to cache the credentials in XMLSpy. it forces you to key in the credentials everytime you make a request.
