Our Env is BOEXI 4.1 SP4 UPD 7. When we using PMS to promote universes with user security from one env to another we are getting 404 Missing Page Error. Any ideas on how this can be resolved ?
We have tried the following 1) Redeploy the application 2) uninstalled update 7, Repaired the install 3Uninstall the whole product and reinstalled Nothing worked. The job works without including the security. It fails once we include the security.
a. How to Enable HTTP traces
b. Run End to End trace of the workflow - How to go about doing this?
I have an existing BOE support case but wasn't of much help. Any help is very much appreciated

Need to :
a. Capture HTTP traces of the workflow till you get 404 error - this will show which page is missing.
b. Run End to End trace of the workflow - this should show what's missing on backend/inside webapp.
