Filling set up table for Purchase Data

Hi,

To extract set of purachase data (for a list of POs - few hundred) from R/3 we need to fill set up tables. our current delta loads are working fine and we do not wish to disturb this data flow. Is there a way we can run OLI3BW with out stopping production R/3 purchase updates?
