GRIR Clearing ( MR 11)

While clearing the lines through MR11. There are some lines which shows a message of " Budget exceed". How can we close such lines.

Good afternoon and greetings,

This is basically because your planned amount on a particular purchase has exceeded the budget. By choosing the line item in MR11 and post, the system will post the document to clear the items from GR/IR Account Maintenance...The document generated by MR11 can be viewed using MR11SHOW and if the entry is not as per expectation, you can still reverse the entry. We have faced this situation earlier and the system allowed us to clear the line item from the GR/IR Account Maintenance.
