Error in JSP iview

Hi,

I do have a beginner question:

I've written a jsp. This is the config file:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

<application>

<application-config>

<property name="SharingReference" value="com.sap.portal.navigation.navigationtaglibrary"/>

</application-config>

<components>

<component name="FR_Link">

<component-config>

<property name="ClassName" value="de.l2.LTree"/>

</component-config>

<component-profile>

<property name="NavigationTagLibrary" value="/SERVICE/com.sap.portal.navigation.navigationtaglibrary/taglib/TagLibrary.tld"/>

</component-profile>

</component>

</components>

<services/>

</application>

The jsp contains this content:

<%@ taglib uri="NavigationTagLibrary" prefix="nav" %>

<nav:navNode navTarget="ROLES://portal_content/fr/iviews/bex">

<nav:navNodeAnchor navigationMethod="byURL"/>

</nav:navNode>

(It is supposed to display a link in the detailed navigation panel)

When I run the iview, it gives me the following error in the log file:

com.sapportals.portal.prt.component.PortalComponentException: Error in init method

I have no clue where to look at.

Any help is awarded

    Well, the code seems fine.

    The nav node tag could've been put in body tags..but not a problem.

    Are you running the iview directly with a preview or have you assigned it to an entry point role.

    Try assigning the iview to a role as the first object in the role so when you log in you can see it on click of the role.

    Anyways I'll try to do the same thing and see if I get a similar error.

    Can you let me know the steps you followed to reach here.
