Smart forms Doubts

Hi,

we are developing smart forms.. my Function Design is like this...

1) When user Run the Transaction code: ME9K it gives the Purchase order Contract form in Smart form.

2) they Have given one Layout..

My Questions are:

1) Is there any Standard Smart form for that Purcahse order Contract form.. If it is that How 2 link to Standard program..

(OR)

2) Can we develop new and like what ever they given and develop a newcustom program.. then how do we link that form and program..

please give me the help..
