Upgrade from CRm 2.0 to 5.0

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what are the tasks to be taken care for the below given object types and what are the transaction codes to check these objects

Object Types :

IARP, AQSG, IASP, COSM, EHNO, IAKC, IAMA, IAMU, IATU, MCOB, SICF, SPLO, SPPF, SXCI, W3MI, PRIN.

Kindly help me on this.
