CCMS Configuration

Hi all,

We did all the configurations needed for the CCMS activity. We are facing problem like the alerts which are seen in RZ20 are not pushed to alert inbox. But when we define alert categories in transaction ALRTCATDEF and assign fixed recipients and run the program RSALERTTEST alert is being triggered to alert inbox. Kindly suggest what can be done to rectify the existing problem.

for Information we are doing this activity on WAS640 XI3.0 SP15
