I can't View the available GL accounts ...

Hi All,

I'm unable to view the list of available GL accounts when i click on the combobox to list accounts - so i can select one.

I get a message that "No values found". I've actually created many accounts in the chart but the system can't seem to list them.

However, when i manually type in the GL accounts the transactions are successful,proving the accounts are really there.

I'm working in a newly created Chart Of Accounts, could this be the problem?

Any ideas anyone?
