What is the difference between 'Support Team' & 'Message Processor'?,b'cause when you go to any support message you will get the same list of Business Partners in both the cases(for 'Support Team' & 'Message Processor').Ideally the 'Support Team' should be the positions created in 'ppoma_crm' like '1st level support','BC-Team'...etc rather than the employees.Please clarify.
