Documents to do list

Hi All,

We are in process of implementing the OSA appraisals using ESS. I have created a new iview using the standard Documnets to do BSP. Our problem is that when an employee is part of Appraisals for entering his objectives, we are not able to see any documents in the iview where as during the part appraisal the system does populates the iview. What shall be done so that during all the process an employee/supervisor can see the document under the BSP service
