Opening C4C visits in MS Outlook

Hi,

I need to know if it is possible to open a visit in Outlook and click directly to open the visit in C4C.

I already figured out that you can search an account or contact in the right panel from SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer that appears in MS Outlook (1).

But I would like to know if it's possible to open the visit from my MS Outlook calendar (2) directly in C4C, without using the right panel. Or a way to view my visits in the right panel of today (so no need to look for the account first).

Hi Anne,

Only option 1 is supported as of today (navigation from the side-panel).
