Tooltip Settings in Layout Set Resource Renderer

We are currently working with our users to refine the way our portal content is displayed. Our users have noticed that when an item in the resource renderer is moused over, the displayname appears in a tooltip popup. They have requested if it is possible in addition to the displayname to include the description (or a short description). Is this possible? I tried the other tooltip options and did not see a way to have a customized tooltip style.

Thanks,

Jim

    Hi,

I think you will have to develop your own displayname property renderer (extend the existing one) and use it in your layouts.

Check the class: com.sapportals.wcm.rendering.property.cm.PropertyRendererDisplayName in method renderProperty.
