Hi there,
I do have an issue while testing 0CRM_OPPT_H data extraction (in RSA 3).
I found 0 records as a result but the table has 4 header records (This is full load).
1. Activated data source from RSA5.
2. Copied meta data from BWA5 screen. There is a entry in shadow table.
3. Verified this data source in BWA1. I got few warning (missing field mappings) but this does not cause any issue while extracting data.
Note: I successfully loaded oppt. line item data using 0CRM_OPPT_I.
Your help is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Just try to create New opprtunity in CRM - and run extraction again. Everything should be fine after that.
Of cause - its not a solution for the source of this probleb< but it lets you to work with extraction from 0CRM_OPPT_H correctly.
(with CRM 5.0 BW 2004s - this situiation works)

I had the same problem.
Creating new opportunities did not help in my case.
It seemed to be an authorization issue.
Enhancing the authorizations did help after one day, i.e. positive result occured after one day, because buffering of authorizations seems to be erroneous (see note 615670).

Bhanu,
Thank you for quick reply. CRMD_ORDER_INDEX table has records. I am testing data extraction in RSA 3 xtractor check screen. Still system brings 0 records. I do not think the authorization objects involved to test extractor in RSA 3 screen. I can extract oppt. line item data. It works great. I am wondering that why header extractor has issue?.
I am still living with this problem.

Hi Frank,
Have you see OSS Note 692195 - FAQ: Sales Analytics and CRM-BW data Extraction...here, Question 2 : On executing transaction RSA3 I get records but I find 0
records when I load data from BW request.(No Data Available). How can I extract data in this case?
Suggestion 2: First check if there are any entries in the table
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.Only if there are entries in this table you can
extract records.
If this is not the case then,
It is possible that the user does not have sufficient
authorities for extraction of the relevant objects.
Additionally, please review and implement the following notes
615670
161570
150315
618953
If you are in the release 4.0 then
To do BW extraction with the user please see that the following
authorization object exists(display mode is enough):
CRM_ACT, CRM_OPP, CRM_LEAD, CRM_SAO, CRM_SEO, CRM_CO_SE, CRM_CO_SC
CRM_CO_SA, CRM_CON_SE, CRM_CMP, CRM_ORD_OP, CRM_ORD_LP, CRM_ORD_PR
CRM_ORD_OE, CRM_CO_PU, CRM_CO_PD, CRM_ORD_PO
(all these objects are linked to transaction crmd_order).
Hope this helps...
