Service packs information Help - Very urgent

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me where I can check the current hot pack(Service pack) applied to the system here (4.6C version)? Is it possible for me to check what hot packs are applied so far on FI/CO side in specific? Also where can I find the information on latest service packs available for the above version (4.6C) to check to see if we need to apply them or is that already been applied? Your help is highly appreciated and will be rewarded with points.
