Running tcodes when client is locked

Hi,

I want to run some tcodes when the client is locked.

If now, I try to run, I get the message that 'Client is non-modifiable'. Can somebody say how to do the setting so that I am able to run the tcodes even if the client is locked?

The tcodes are GJF1 & GJF2. Please give the steps (settings) to run these even when the client is locked.

There will be a development system in which it is modifiable. Change the values over there and while saving it asks for a customizing transport request. Transport that request.
