A/R - Credit Management for Customers u0096 Very urgentu0085

Hi all,

Is there a place on AR side where a user can put some credit control notes for a customer, like Ticklers in case of Deduction management component configuration or if not how can we use the ticklers for both these purposes? Because currently the ticklers are being used to put action notes by the collection agents. Can anyone help me on this issue please? Your input is highly appreciated and rewarded with points.
