we have a requirement to provide 2 reports in MSS that gives EMPLOYEEs ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEES OFFBOARDING.
i understand we can get onboarding employees by using parameters of all pernrs added to specific org units/cost centers etc after certain input & output date to get desired output...but my logic fails me what parameters needs to be used to get output for offboarding employees?
how to frame the logic to pull offboarding empl details..obviously they dont want the list of terminated employees...coz the requirement is to initiate separation process for those who are about to leave the org. does this require process change from HR end?
am i missing anything here? any inputs are welcome.
