Data Lock Mechanism in BPS

Dear Consultants,

I have prepared a general input screen in BPS.

Is it possiple to enter planing data in the same input screen in the same time ?

Or does it lock the all infocube while someone entering plan data?

is it possible to do it via trasaction "RSPLSE".
