Urgent.

HI,

like there are two line items which are read by 'read_text' FM, they are:

1. Travel and Accommodation expenses incurred by L Candy for attending Executive meeting in Melbourne September 2006.

this is printing as: utive meeting in Melbourne September 2006.

2. Hotel accommodation for L Candy 25-28 September 2006

this is printing as:Hotel accommodation for L Candy 25-28 September 20

suggest solution to this problem.

Make sure you are printing all table lines that are returned by READ_TEXT fm...it seems you are printing only last one...

      yup

For eg: in_tab is the export parameter for read_text, where you are getting the line items.

data : str type string. // Global Declaration

      • Write this code in program lines before you print the * value

      loop at in_tab into wa_tab.

      concatenate str wa_tab into str.

      endloop.

      • Jus put this variable &str&
