SAP 4.6c R3SETUP -f CENTRAL.R3S error

Hi,

I'm not sure whether this is the right place to post R/3 installation questions. I apologize, if this is not the

right place.

While i'm running the setup i hit this problem and i did not understand where to fix the issue. Could someone help me to find out the issue.

Creating the ORACLE User
