Mark a Bank Account as Not Operational

Hi guys: Is there a way in FBZP of any of the FI02, FI06 transactions to tell the user that a certain bank account is closed and not operational?

Hi Brian,

Please refer the below note:

Note 430947 - Reference account can be closed although still referenced

Note 487399 - Close account directly

Also as a precaution you can extend the name of bank account as NOT IN USE.

you could delete that house bank under FBZP under house banks section

Mohd: The user wants to have historical information that the account existed at one point....isnt there a deactivated check box?
