Update Rules in BI 7.0

I am new to BI 7.0

i am following below procedure inorder to load one of the ODS

1. Replicate the datasource

2. Create the ODs

3. Create Transformation ( Right Click on ODS )

4. Create Data transfer process ( right click on the datatransfer process that is created when transformation is created )

5.There i see all the required information.

From here i am unable to understand what is the next step .

when i create an info package i dont see update rules.

Is the udpate rules are required.

Should i create transfer rules on the data source.

Should i create an info source .

Please help me with this
