Modification of Extract Structure

Hi Could any help me with this sort of scenarios.

I have an extract structure "A" which I have been using since years to load data pertaining to last 10 years.

Now, the client have asked me to add 2 more fields to the extract structure? What is the optimal solution for future loads after getting changing the extract structure?
